Dr. Sian Hayley Proctor (lahir 28 Maret 1970) adalah seorang profesor geologi, komunikator sains dan partisipan wahana antariksa asal Amerika Serikat. Pada 15 September 2021, ia meluncur ke orbit Bumi sebagai pilot kapsul antariksa Crew Dragon. Misi tersebut adalah penerbangan antariksa orbital swasta Inspiration4.[3] Sebagai pilot pada misi Inspiration4, Proctor menjadi wanita Afrika Amerika pertama yang mempiloti wahana antariksa.[4] Ia merupakan profesor geologi di South Mountain Community College, Arizona.[2][5] Ia juga menjadi Mayor dalam Civil Air Patrol dimana ia menjabat sebagai perwira pendidikan kedirgantaraan untuk cabang Arizona.[5][6]
