Shmuel M. Tamir (Ibrani: שמואל תמיר, nama lahir Shmuel Katzenelson; 10 Maret 1923 – 29 Juni 1987) adalah seorang pejuang kemerdekaan, pengacara, patriot dan anggota Knesset asal Israel. Setelah berkarier di Inggris, ia masuk Knesset dari 1977 sampai 1980.
