Yogyakarta International School atau YIS Yogyakarta adalah satu satunya sekolah internasional yang ada di Yogyakarta, Indonesia yang didirikan pada Oktober 1989. YIS mengikuti kurikulum International Primary Curriculum^[1] untuk Kindergarten sampai dengan kelas 6. Kelas Menengah terakreditasi dengan Cambridge International Examinations.^[2] Sekolah ini memiliki sekitar 105 murid dan menawarkan program pendidikan mulai level Pre School (usia 3 tahun) hingga level 12. YIS tergabung dalam East Asia Regional Council of Overseas Schools (EARCOS).^[3]

YIS menekankan penyediaan lingkungan yang dirancang untuk mendidik siswa menjadi pelajar yang percaya diri dengan pola pikir keberagaman budaya, yang kemudian berkembang menjadi pemain tim, pemikir yang kritis dan bagian dari komunitas global yang efektif.

Hingga tahun 2008, YIS berlokasi di JL. Pogung Baru. Namun kemudian pada pertengahan tahun 2008, pindah ke JL. Cendrawasih, berlokasi di dekat JL. Magelang.
