Seberang Mesjid adalah salah satu kelurahan di Kecamatan Banjarmasin Tengah, Kota Banjarmasin, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan, Indonesia.
Dinamakan "Seberang Mesjid" karena dahulu kampung ini berseberangan dengan Masjid Jami Banjarmasin yang pertama kali dibangun pada tempo dulu terletak di tepi sungai Martapura, sebelum dipindahkan ke lokasi yang saat ini berada di wilayah kelurahan Antasan Kecil Timur.
Batas-batas wilayah kelurahan Seberang Mesjid adalah sebagai berikut:
Pada zaman kesultanan Banjar di akhir abad ke-18, anaknya menteri Tumenggung Suta Dipa yang bernama Anang bergelar Maesa Jaladeri. Menteri baru tersebut berdomisili di tempat istana Sultan Adam, yang kemudian diberi nama Kampung Sungai Mesa. Kampun ini pun berada dalam wilayah administratif Kelurahan Seberang Mesjid. Kawasan ini bernama Seberang Mesjid karena lokasinya berada di seberang Masjid Jami.[1]
Di Kelurahan Seberang Mesjid, setiap hari selasa malam dan kamis malam terdapat pengajian di rumah-rumah penduduk.
Selain itu juga terdapat organisasi BPK yang dibentuk pada 1978. Pembentukan BPK didasari adanya kebakaran besar di Kelurahan Seberang Mesjid yang mengakibatkan lebih 450 kepala keluarga kehilangan tempat tinggal pada 1976.
Terdapat tiga tipe rumah tradisional Banjar yang ada di Kelurahan Seberang Mesjid, yakni Palimasan, Bangun Gudang dan lanting.
