Salinan Resep


Copy Resep (Copie resep,Salinan resep, Apogrpah, Exemplum atau Afschrift) adalah salinan tertulis dari satu resep dokter. Salinan ini memuat keterangan yang memuat resep dokter asli.[1] Copy resep harus memuat beberapa hal sebagai berikut:

  • Nama dan alamat apotek.
  • Nama dan nomor SIK Apoteker pengelola apotek.
  • Tanda tangan atau paraf Apoteker pengelola apotek.
  • Tanda det (detur) untuk obat yang sudah diserahkan atau tanda ne det (ne detur) untuk obat yang belum diserahkan.
  • Nomor resep dokter dan tanggal pengambilan.
  • Salinan resep atau copy resep harus sudah ditanda tangani Apoteker pengelola apotek.
  • Resep asli harus disimpan selama 3 tahun dan dijamin kerahasiannya.
  • Resep atau salinan resep hanya boleh diperlihatkan kepada dokter penulis resep atau petugas medis yang berwenang.[1]
