Pita medali

Salib Lombok (bahasa Belanda: Lombokkruis) adalah sebuah penghargaan militer dari Kerajaan Belanda. Medali ini dibuat untuk mengenang pengabdian dalam Intervensi Belanda di Lombok dan Karangasem yang terjadi antara Juni dan Desember 1894. Medali ini dibuat pada 13 April 1895 oleh Wali Penguasa Ratu Emma dari Belanda, bertindak atas nama Ratu Wilhelmina yang masih di bawah umur.

Bentuk

Medali ini merupakan sebuah salib pattée perunggu berujung cekung pada lengannya dan ornamen khas berbentuk bola pada ujungnya. Bagian depan salib memiliki gambar ratu muda yang menghadap ke kanan di bagian tengah salib. Setiap lengan memiliki tulisan, pada bagian atas adalah LOMBOK, MATARAM di sebelah kiri, TJAKRA-NEGARA di sebelah kanan, dan 1894 di lengan bagian bawah. Bagian belakang salib menggambarkan singa Belanda perkasa dalam sebuah karangan bunga. Lengan-lengannya bertuliskan HULDE AAN di bagian atas, LEGER di sebelah kiri, EN di bagian bawah, dan VLOOT di sebelah kanan (Penghormatan bagi Tentara dan Armada Kapal). Medali tersebut digantung pada sebuah gantungan cincin pada sebuah pita dengan lebar 40 mm (1,6 in) terdiri dari sembilan jalur sejajar, lima berwarna kuning oranye dan empat berwarna biru Nassau.^[2]
