Ronny Irawan (lahir 26 Oktober 1972) adalah seorang produser film, sekaligus pendiri Rumah Produksi Rajawali Cipta Sinema dan Tujuh Bintang Sinema, serta manajemen artis Beehave Entertainment. Ronny mencintai dunia hiburan sejak kecil. Hobinya di masa kecil hingga remaja adalah nonton film dan mengkoleksi majalah atau tabloid hiburan. Kegigihan dan kerja kerasnya membuktikan bahwa seorang anak dari daerah bisa menembus persaingan bisnis tingkat nasional, bahkan global. Sebagai seorang produser film yang relatif baru, Ronny telah mengunjungi festival film paling bergengsi di dunia, yakni Cannes Film Festival di Cannes, Perancis, pada tahun 2018.

Karier

Awal karier

Ronny mengawali kariernya di dunia hiburan secara tidak sengaja ketika membentuk sebuah model agency di Denpasar, Bali, dengan nama Bali Models Production (BMP). Agency lokal ini dikenal masyarakat dalam waktu relatif singkat karena berhasil membawa talent-talent meraih prestasi tingkat nasional, seperti :

  • I Gusti Agung Ary Kusumawardani (juara 1 Covergirl Majalah Aneka 1999, Miss Indonesia 2007 Runner Up-2, Miss Bali 2007)
  • Ni Putu Yunita Oktarini (Miss Indonesia 2006 Runner Up-1 dan Miss Bali 2006) yang sudah 2 periode menjadi anggota DPRD Badung, Bali.
  • Andrew White sebagai aktor dalam Ada Apa Dengan Cinta (sinetron) yang diselenggarakan rumah produksi SinemArt dan stasiun televisi RCTI.

Sejak saat itu, nama Bali Models production semakin dikenal, bahkan profil talent-talent Bali Models Production rutin dimuat di Harian Bali Post edisi hari Minggu asuhan Oka Rusmini. Nama Bali Models Production juga mulai berkibar di kalangan para pelaku hiburan di Jakarta pada masa itu. Tahun 2002 Ronny Irawan pindah ke Jakarta setelah menerima tawaran bekerja dari para pemilik agency model LOOK Models, Inc. : Lulu Dewayanti, Keke Harun (Keke Soeryo), dan Ananda Siregar. Di LOOK Models Inc., Ronny Irawan bekerja sebagai Agency Manager. Waktu itu model yang berada dalam manajemennya antara lain Cathrine Wilson, Davina Veronica, Luna Maya, Irwan Chandra, Indah Kalalo, dan lain-lain.

Tahun 2005 Ronny berkenalan dengan Leo Sutanto, pemilik rumah produksi SinemArt. Ronny mulai bekerja di SinemArt sebagai Casting Director. Tahun 2007 Ronny pindah ke rumah produksi MD Entertainment milik Manoj Punjabi, sebagai Casting Director. Selama 11 tahun menjadi Casting Director, Ronny Irawan berhasil mengantarkan banyak potensi daerah menjadi bintang terkenal di dunia hiburan nasional, seperti Stefan William, Indah Permatasari, Angga Yunanda, dan lain-lain. Bakat-bakat itu ditemukannya secara tidak sengaja ketika dia diundang sebagai juri pemilihan model ke daerah, atau ditemuinya secara langsung.

Pada tanggal 1 Juni 2020 Ronny juga mendirikan manajement artis (artist management) dengan nama Beehave Entertainment. Artis-artis yang berada di bawah naungan Beehave Entertainement adalah: Nafa Urbach, Herjunot Ali, Masayu Anastasia, dan lain-lain.
