Robert dari Trier

Robert, juga dieja Ruotbert atau Rotbert (†19 Mei 956), merupakan Uskup Agung Trier dari tahun 931 sampai kematiannya. Ia memainkan peran utama di dalam politik Jerman dan Prancis, dan terutama wilayah Lotharingia di antaranya. Ia merupakan pelindung para ilmuwan dan penulis serta pembaharu biara-biara.

Robert meninggal saat menghadiri sebuah Hoftag di Köln, saat wabah menyerang.[1] Jenazahnya dibawa kembali ke Trier. Otoritas yang lebih tua memakamkannya di Santo Paulinus, tetapi ia dimakamkan di ruangannya sendiri, yang ditemukan pada tahun 1950.[2][3]
