Referendum partai politik Luksemburg 1937 diadakan pada tanggal 6 Juni 1937[1] untuk mengetahui apakah rakyat Luksemburg menyetujui undang-undang baru loi d'ordre yang akan melarang partai politik yang ingin mengubah konstitusi atau undang-undang dengan cara kekerasan atau ancaman.[2] Undang-undang ini bila disetujui akan membubarkan Partai Komunis Luksemburg, dan undang-undang ini dikenal dengan julukan Maulkuerfgesetz (loi muselière).[3]
Usulan ini ditolak oleh para pemilih, sehingga Perdana Menteri Joseph Bech mengundurkan diri dan digantikan oleh Pierre Dupong.[3]
Undang-undang ini diusulkan oleh Partai Kanan yang semakin bertindak otoriter pada tahun 1930-an.[3] Demonstrasi yang menentang undang-undang ini diadakan oleh Partai Buruh dan anggota muda Partai Liberal Radikal.[3] Bech merasa bahwa ia didukung oleh rakyat, sehingga ia menyatakan kesediaannya untuk mengadakan referendum.[3]
