Hadji Rajawali Muhammad Pusadan (5 Februari 1909 – 20 Februari 1986), adalah seorang politikus asal Indonesia yang pernah menjadi Kepala Daerah Otonom Sulawesi Tengah, sejak tahun 1949 hingga 1952. Ia juga pernah menjadi Bupati Buol Tolitoli yang menjabat sejak tahun 1960 hingga 1965.
Ia adalah salah satu tokoh berpengaruh dalam sejarah Sulawesi Tengah, dengan menjadi pemrakarsa dan Ketua Dewan Raja-Raja untuk pendirian Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah yang terpisah dari Sulawesi Utara.[1]
Rajawali Pusadan lahir di Buol, Sulawesi Tengah, pada tanggal 5 Februari 1909. Ia diketahui memeluk agama Islam. Ia menikah dengan seorang wanita yang berasal dari keluarga berpengaruh di Bolaang Mongondow, Amas B. Korompot dan memiliki 8 orang anak yang semuanya terjun ke bidang wiraswasta. Putra-putrinya antara lain:

Rajawali menamatkan pendidikan awal di Hollandsch-Inlandsche School (HIS), dia dikirim tugas belajar dengan bantuan kas Landschap Buol ke OSVIA di Makassar. Ia mulai bertugas di pemerintahan setelah lulus dari OSVIA pada tahun 1931, kemudian bertugas di Gorontalo dari tahun 1933 sampai 1936, dan dipindahtugaskan ke Kepulauan Sangir pada tahun 1938 sampai 1940.[2]
Ia selanjutnya mendapatkan tugas sebagai Kepala Pemerintahan Negeri (KPN) Tolitoli pada tahun 1946 hingga 1952, merangkap jabatan sebagai Kepala KPN Poso. Kemudian, dia ditugaskan sebagai Kepala KPN Buton, Sulawesi Tenggara pada tahun 1952 hingga 1954. Pada tahun 1960, dia diangkat menjadi Bupati Buol Tolitoli yang pertama, dan menjabat hingga 1965. Jabatan terakhirnya adalah Residen Kota Palu, yang dijabatnya dari 1965 hingga 1968. Ia menjalani masa pensiun di Palu dan meninggal di sana.[2]
