Raja Tun Uda Al-Haj bin Raja Muhammad (1894 - 17 Oktober 1976) ialah Yang di-Pertua Negeri Pulau Pinang yang pertama yang bertugas antara 31 Agustus 1957 sampai 30 Agustus 1967.
Dilahirkan di Kuala Langat, Selangor, Raja Tun Uda belajar di Kolej Melayu Kuala Kangsar. Dia tercatat dalam sejarah sebagai orang Melayu pertama yang memegang jabatan Sekretaris dari Residen Britania di Selangor dan kemudian sebagai Sekretaris Negeri Selangor yang pertama.
Raja Tun Uda adalah anggota Majelis Negeri Selangor dan Majelis Persekutuan sampai terjadinya serangan Jepang pada tahun 1941. Pada tahun 1946, ia menjadi pegawai Kelas 1 B dalam Perkhidmatan Awam Malaya dan terlibat dalam berbagai lembaga dan jawatankuasa.
Ketika Tanah Melayu memperoleh kemerdekaannya pada 31 Agustus 1957, Raja Tun Uda dilantik sebagai pemerintah Pulau Pinang yang pertama. Sejak ia memulai kariernya sebagai pegawai negeri hingga menjadi Gubernur Pulau Pinang, ia memegang banyak jabatan dan menerima banyak penghargaan untuk tugasnya.
Selepas pensiun, Raja Tun Uda bergabung di sektor perdagangan sebagai Direktur Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd (OCBC) dan kemudian Direktur Great Eastern Life Asuurance Co. Ltd. serta banyak perusahaan dagang yang lain.
Selain suka berkebun, Raja Tun Uda gemar bermain tenis dan mengoleksi emas.
