Quett Ketumile Joni Masire, GCMG (23 Juli 1925 – 22 Juni 2017)^[1] adalah Presiden ke-2 Botswana yang berasal dari Partai Demokratik Botswana, menjabat dari tahun 1980 hingga tahun 1998.^[2]^[3] Ia mengundurkan diri dari jabatannya dan digantikan oleh Wakil Presiden Botswana, Festus Mogae, yang kemudian menjadi Presiden ketiga Botswana.^[3] Sebelum menjadi presiden, ia adalah tokoh terkemuka dalam gerakan kemerdekaan dan kemudian di dalam pemerintahan, dan memainkan peran penting dalam memfasilitasi dan melindungi pertumbuhan serta perkembangan finansial Botswana yang stabil.^{[butuh rujukan]}
