Pulau Tsushima (対馬code: ja is deprecated , Tsushima) adalah sebuah pulau di kepulauan Jepang yang terletak di Selat Korea antara daratan utama Jepang dan Semenanjung Korea.[3][4][5] Pulau utama Tsushima adalah sebuah pulau tunggal namun dibagi menjadi dua pada 1671 oleh kanal Ōfunakoshiseto dan menjadi tiga pada 1900 oleh kanal Manzekiseto.
Pulau ini merupakan lokasi terjadinya Insiden Tsushima pada tahun 1861 saat Kekaisaran Rusia mencoba membangun pelabuhan di pesisir pulau ini.
