Ptolemaios XI Alexandros II (Πτολεμαῖος Ἀλέξανδρος, Ptolemaĩos Aléxandros) adalah raja dari Dinasti Ptolemaik di Kerajaan Ptolemaik di Mesir. Dia memerintah selama beberapa hari pada tahun 80 SM.

Ptolemaios XI adalah putra Ptolemaios X Alexandros I dan Kleopatra Selene atau Berenike III. Ptolemaios IX Lathyros meninggal pada tahun 81 atau 80 SM tanpa meninggalkan keturunan, sehingga Kleopatra Berenike (nama lain dari Berenike III) berkuasa sendirian untuk sementara waktu. Akan tetapi, Sulla dari Romawi menginginkan orang yang pro-Romawi di tahta Mesir, maka dia pun mengirim Ptolemaios XI ke Mesir dan menjadikannya raja.

Ptolemaios XI menjadi raja dan menikahi Kleopatra Berenike. Sembilan belas hari setelah pernikahannya, Ptolemaios XI membunuh istrinya itu tanpa alasan yang jelas. Kleopatra Berenike adalah tokoh yang populer sehingga Ptolemaios XI pun digantung oleh rakyat Aleksandria yang marah. Dia digantikan oleh Ptolemaios XII.
