Neuquén (pengucapan bahasa Spanyol: [neuˈken]) adalah sebuah provinsi di Argentina yang terletak di sebelah barat negara itu. Ibu kotanya adalah Neuquén.

Di sebelah utara provinsi ini berbatasan dengan Provinsi Mendoza, di sebelah timur dengan La Pampa dan Río Negro, di selatan dengan Río Negro dan di sebelah barat dengan Republik Chili yang dipisahkan oleh Pegunungan Andes.

Gubernur yang sekarang, Jorge Sobisch, adalah anggota dari Movimiento Popular Neuquino, partai daerah dari golongan kanan yang telah berkuasa sejak lebih dari 35 tahun. Dalam pemilihan umum gubernur 2003 ia terpilih kembali dengan 56% suara, dan dalam pemilu legislatif 2005 ia memperoleh 46% suara sehingga dapat mengutus dua orang ke Dewan Perwakilan Nasional. Dengan demikian, ia menempatkan dirinya sebagai salah satu dari dua kandidat utama untuk pemilu nasional 2007 bersama Mauricio Macri (kemungkinan calon lainnya adalah bekas lawannya, Ricardo López Murphy.
