Protokol Opsional Kovenan Internasional tentang Hak-Hak Ekonomi, Sosial, dan Budaya adalah sebuah perjanjian internasional yang membentuk mekanisme aduan dan penyelidikan untuk Kovenan Internasional tentang Hak-Hak Ekonomi, Sosial, dan Budaya. Perjanjian tersebut diterapkan oleh Majelis Umum PBB pada 10 Desember 2008,[1] dan dibuka untuk penandatanganan pada 24 September 2009.[2] Pada Oktober 2018, Protokol tersebut memiliki 45 penandatangan dan 24 negara anggota.[3] Perjanjian tersebut berlaku pada 5 Mei 2013.[4]
