Pertempuran Khazir (bahasa Arab: يوم الخازر, translit. Yawm Khāzir) terjadi pada Agustus 686 dekat Sungai Khazir di pinggir timur Mosul (kini di Irak), bagian dari Perang Saudara Islam II. Pertempuran ini merupakan bagian dari pertikaian merebut Irak antara Kekhalifahan Umayyah yang berbasis di Syam melawan faksi pendukung keturunan Ali yang berbasis di Kufah di bawah pimpinan Mukhtar ats-Tsaqafi. Pertempuran ini dimenangkan oleh faksi pro-keturunan Ali, dan mengakibatkan porak-porandanya pasukan Umayyah dan meluasnya kekuasaan Mukhtar ats-Tsaqafi ke wilayah Mosul.
