Perdagangan berbasis lokasi atau L-Commerce (Location based-Commerce) adalah sistem perdagangan elektronik (e-Commerce) yang menekankan pada pencarian informasi yang dihasilkan oleh peralatan GPS (Global Positioning Systems) dan satelit. Berbeda dengan m-dagang yang lebih menekankan pada aspek pemakaian peralatan mobile, maka L-dagang bisa menggunakan baik peralatan mobile maupun komputer jenis desktop. Penggunaan GPS dan IoT (Internet of Things) merupakan kunci utama dalam mensukseskan layanan L-dagang dan layanan Media sosial (e-society) yang cerdas dan cermat.[1]
Salah satu contoh yang sering dijumpai dalam L-dagang adalah pencarian informasi mengenai letak restoran yang terdekat dengan tempat pengguna Internet tersebut berada. Contoh lain dari L-dagang adalah sistem penelusuran paket pengiriman barang yang dikirim lewat perusahaan UPS atau Federal Express di Amerika Serikat. Namun sekarang, L-dagang juga sudah mulai dipakai untuk melihat waktu kedatangan bus kota secara tepat di suatu halte bus tertentu, yang sangat bermanfaat pada saat musim dingin yang mencekam tiba.
