Peperangan Uskup-uskup (bahasa Latin: Bellum Episcopale) adalah konflik politik dan militer yang terjadi pada 1639 dan 1640 atas dasar pemerintahan Gereja Skotlandia, dan hak-hak kekuasaan Mahkota. Peristiwa tersebut meliputi bagian dari konflik politik besar antara Skotlandia, Inggris dan Irlandia, dan sering kali dianggap sebagai permulaan Perang Saudara Inggris.
