Penjaliran langsung permainan video atau siaran alir langsung permainan video (bahasa Inggris: video game live streaming) merupakan aktivitas menyiarkan diri sendiri melalui internet saat bermain game sehingga orang lain dapat menonton via komputer, ponsel, ataupun konsol permainan. Penjaliran langsung permainan video berbeda dengan membuat dan mengunggah video ke YouTube. Konten yang ditayangkan saat streaming adalah video yang disiarkan secara langsung, tanpa penyuntingan sama sekali.[1]
Kegiatan ini menjadi populer pada pertengahan 2010-an di situs Twitch yang berbasis di Amerika Serikat, sebelum berkembang ke YouTube, Facebook, situs yang berbasis di Tiongkok seperti Huya Live, DouYu, dan Bilibili, dan layanan lainnya. Pada tahun 2014, aliran Twitch memiliki lebih banyak lalu lintas daripada layanan penyiaran daring milik HBO, penyedia film dan serial daring HBO Go. Penyiar profesional (professional streamer) sering memadukan antara keterampilan bermain tingkat tinggi (high skill gaming) dan obrolan yang menghibur, lalu mendapatkan penghasilan dari sponsor, langganan, pendapatan iklan (seperti di YouTube), dan donasi.
Baik pengembang AAA dan indie telah menghindari kenaikan biaya pengembangan dengan memanfaatkan penyedia penjaliran langsung dengan iklan gratis. Di Indonesia, judul permainan video yang populer seperti Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, Garena Free Fire, dan Among Us adalah contoh permainan yang mengalami peningkatan besar dalam basis pemain sebagai akibat dari penyiaran dan penjaliran secara langsung. Olahraga elektronik juga mendapatkan daya tarik dan perhatian yang signifikan dari aksesibilitas penjaliran langsung, dan penjaliran bahkan telah digunakan sebagai metode untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan masalah sosial dan keuangan untuk acara amal.
Penjaliran langsung menawarkan daya pikat untuk mengubah hobi bermain permainan video menjadi karier penyiaran yang penuh, tetapi membawa risiko yang terkait dengan kemasyhuran tambahan ini, baik itu di dalam permainan video, seperti menyerang penyiar, atau dalam kehidupan nyata, seperti menguntit. Selain itu, batang masuk yang rendah dalam hal teknologi dan penonton memungkinkan berbagai macam penyiar dan permainan untuk disiarkan.
