Pengepungan Johor (1576)

Pengepungan Johor tahun 1576 merupakan operasi militer di mana pasukan Portugis gagal mengepung Johor. [1][2]

Pada tahun 1576, Kesultanan Johor menghadapi serangan dari pasukan Portugis yang dipimpin oleh Antão de Noronha, yang bertujuan untuk memperkuat pengaruh mereka di Selat Malaka.[3] Pasukan Portugis mengepung Kota Batu di Johor Lama. Namun, serangan itu tidak berhasil, menyebabkan pasukan Antão de Noronha mundur ke Malaka.[4]
