Pemilihan Umum Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Amerika Serikat 2010 (dikenal juga sebagai pemilihan umum paruh waktu 2010) adalah pemilihan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Amerika Serikat yang dilaksanakan pada 2 November 2010, pada pertengahan masa bakti Presiden Barack Obama. Pemilih dari 50 negara bagian Amerika Serikat memilih 435 anggota dewan, sementara para pemilih dari teritori, persemakmuran, dan Distrik Columbia memilih delegasi yang tak berhak suara.[a 1]

Partai Republik menguasai kembali daerah yang mana mereka kalah dalam pemilu paruh waktu tahun 2006, dengan mengambil total bersih 63 kursi dan menghapus perolehan Partai Demorkat pada tahun 2006 dan 2008. Meskipun partai asal Presiden Amerika Serikat biasanya kehilangan kursi pada pemilu paruh waktu, pemilu 2010 menghasilkan kehilangan terbanyak sebuah partai dalam pemilihan paruh waktu Dewan sejak 1938.[6][7] Partai Republik menguasai kebanyakan kursi Dewan sejak 1946.[8] Republik meraih mayoritas di negara bagian New York, di mana mereka mengambil enam kursi, mengalahkan lima petahana, dan memenangkan sebuah distrik terbuka Demokrat. Terkait pemilihan tahun 2006, Partai Demokrat mengambil kendali Dewan dan juga Senat. Pada pemilihan tahun 2008, yang bertepatan dengan kemenangan Barack Obama yang berasal dari Partai Demokrat atas John McCain yang berasal dari Partai Republik untuk posisi kepresidenan, Demokrat menambah kemayoritasan mereka di kedua badan. Dari 435 distrik kongresional, 242 memilih untuk Obama, sementara 193 sisanya memilih McCain.
