  • Konferensi Perdamaian Nasional Somalia (SNPC) atau Konferensi Jibuti, digelar di Arta, Jibuti, pada tanggal 20 April hingga 5 Mei 2000.[1] Nama Pemerintah Transisi Nasional terpilih atas inisiatif pada waktu itu.
