Partai Komunis Tibet[a] adalah sebuah partai komunis kecil di Tibet, yang beroperasi secara rahasia dengan berbagai nama. Partai ini didirikan oleh Phuntsok Wangyal dan Ngawang Kesang pada tahun 1943. Partai ini muncul dari sebuah kelompok bernama Liga Pemuda Demokratik Tibet, yang dibentuk oleh Wangyal dan mahasiswa Tibet lainnya di Lhasa pada tahun 1939.[1][2]

Partai berusaha untuk menyatukan semua orang Tibet menjadi satu kesatuan, meliputi Kham, Amdo, dan Ü-Tsang.[3] Partai tersebut menghubungi kedutaan Uni Soviet untuk meminta bantuannya saat mulai merencanakan pemberontakan sosialis di Tibet dan Kham. Belakangan Wangyal juga menghubungi Partai Komunis Tiongkok dan Partai Komunis India.[4]

Komunis Tibet menyiapkan perjuangan gerilya melawan penguasa Kuomintang, sambil mempromosikan reformasi demokrasi di dalam Tibet.

Pada tahun 1949, partai ini bergabung menjadi Partai Komunis Tiongkok.[5]
