Paal Kibsgaard (lahir pada April 1967) adalah insinyur minyak bumi dan pengusaha Norwegia serta ketua dan CEO dari Schlumberger, perusahaan layanan bidang minyak terbesar di dunia.

Kehidupan Awal

Ia lahir di Alesund, Norwegia pada bulan April 1967.[2]

Pendidikan

Dia lulus sebagai insinyur minyak bumi dengan gelar master dari Institut Teknologi Norwegia pada tahun 1991.[3][4]

Karier

Kibsgaard memulai kariernya dengan ExxonMobil pada tahun 1992 dan bergabung dengan Schlumberger pada tahun 1997. Kibsgaard telah menjadi CEO sejak 1 Agustus 2011[1] untuk menggantikan Andrew Gould, yang telah pensiun dari jabatannya sebagai kepala dan CEO.[5] Ia pernah menjadi kepala sejak April 2015. Jabatannya diteruskan oleh Tony Isaac.
