One 31, sepenuhnya dikenal sebagai Saluran One 31 (bahasa Thai: สถานีโทรทัศน์ช่องวัน 31) dan diberi merek One31 atau One HD 31, adalah saluran televisi digital terestrial Thailand yang dimiliki oleh GMM Grammy di bawah The One Enterprise. Jaringan ini menawarkan berbagai konten seperti drama, variety program, kompetisi, berita dan program hiburan.[1][2]

One 31 tayang pertama kali pada tanggal 1 Desember 2011 dengan nama 1-Sky One (วัน-สกาย วัน) dengan konten dan program televisi yang diproduksi oleh perusahaan di bawah naungan GMM Grammy. Pada tanggal 1 April 2012, berganti nama menjadi GMM Z Hitz (จีเอ็มเอ็มแซต ฮิตส์).

Pada tanggal 1 November 2012, saluran tersebut berganti nama menjadi GMM One. Namanya saat ini, One 31 diadopsi pada 2 Desember 2015.[3]
