Neheb disebutkan di dalam Prasasti Palermo sebagai raja Mesir Kuno pradinasti yang memerintah di Delta Nil. Karena tidak ada bukti penguasa tersebut, ia diduga hanya raja di dalam dongeng,^[1] atau fiktif.^[2]^[3]
