N’Djamena (diucapkan [/əndʒɑːˈmeɪnɑː/];[3] bahasa Prancis: N'Djaména, diucapkan [n(ə)dʒa.me.na]; bahasa Arab: نجامين Nijāmīnā “place of rest”) adalah ibu kota sekaligus kota terbesar Chad. N'Djamena dibagi menjadi 10 distrik atau arondisemen. N'Djamena memiliki 1.093.492 jiwa penduduk pada tahun 2013.

N’Djamena adalah pasar regional untuk ternak, garam, kurma, dan biji- bijian. Pengolahan daging, ikan dan kapas adalah industri utama, dan kota ini terus menjadi pusat kegiatan ekonomi di Chad. N’Djamena adalah kota pelabuhan yang terletak di pertemuan Sungai Logone dengan Sungai Chari, membentuk aglomerasi lintas batas dengan kota Kousséri (di Kamerun), ibu kota Departemen Logone-et-Chari, yang terletak di tepi barat kedua sungai.
