Museum Falologi Islandia (bahasa Islandia: Hið Íslenzka Reðasafn) di Húsavík, Islandia (sebelumnya di Reykjavik) adalah sebuah museum khusus falologi. Pada September 2009, museum ini memiliki 272 spesimen dari 92 spesies hewan yang dipamerkan, seperti tropi perburuan, pembalsaman dengan formaldehida, atau dikeringkan dalam kotak pameran. Museum ini berusaha mengkoleksi spesimen penis dari setiap mamalia di Islandia, termasuk beberapa spesies yang terancam atau punah di perairan Islandia.

Sigurður Hjartarson, bekas guru sejarah di sebuah institut di Reykjavik, adalah pendiri dan direktur museum saat ini, yang juga memamerkan beberapa spesimen dari mamalia yang tidak hidup di Islandia, juga spesimen cerita rakyat (peri, troll, monster laut, dll.) dan seni bertemakan penis.

Meskipun museum ini tidak mempunyai spesimen Homo sapiens, demi memajukan ilmu pengetahuan falologi, seorang pelindung (Páll Arason, lahir tahun 1915 dan sekarang 94 tahun) menyumbangkan penisnya ke museum ini, mungkin setelah meninggal.
