Morris Seligman Dees Jr. (lahir 16 Desember 1936) adalah seorang jaksa Amerika Serikat yang dikenal sebagai salah satu pendiri dan mantan penasehat pengadilan untuk Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), berdasarkan pada Montgomery, Alabama. Ia menjalankan sebuah firma pemasaran langsung sebelum mendirikan SPLC.[2] Bersama dengan mitra hukumnya, Joseph J. Levin Jr., Dees mendirikan SPLC pada 1971.[3]: 132–33
