Morgantown adalah sebuah kota yang terletak di County Monongalia, Virginia Barat. Kota ini terletak di tepi Sungai Monongahela dan merupakan kota terbesar di Virginia Barat Utara-Tengah. Kota ini merupakan pusat wilayah metropolitan Morgantown. Menurut sensus pada tahun 2010, kota ini memiliki populasi permanen sebesar 29.660 jiwa. Universitas Virginia Barat berdiri di kota ini, sehingga terdapat ribuan penduduk musiman dari bulan September hingga Mei.
