Monyet putih

Monyet putih adalah sebuah istilah yang dipakai untuk menyebut fenomena orang asing atau imigran kulit putih di Tiongkok yang diundang untuk peragaan busana, periklanan atau pekerjaan promosional atas dasar warna kulit mereka.[1][2] Fenomena tersebut berdasarkan pada persepsi soal asosiasi dengan orang asing, khususnya orang asing kulit putih, dapat mempengaruhi prestise, legitimasi, dan status internasional.[2][3][4]
