Miss International Queen adalah kontes kecantikan terbesar dan paling prestisius wanita transgender dari seluruh dunia. Diselenggarakan setiap tahun di Kota Pattaya sejak tahun 2004. Para peserta harus ditunjuk sebagai laki-laki saat lahir dan berusia antara 18-36 tahun. Peserta hanya dapat mewakili negara tempat kelahirannya yang terdaftar di paspor. Semua peserta akan tinggal bersama selama 1 pekan dan berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pengambilan foto, makan siang dengan ofisial Kota Pattaya, makan malam dengan pers, mengunjungi sponsor dan masyarakat. Kontes ini diorganisasi oleh Tiffany's Show Pattaya Co. Ltd. dan disponsori oleh Otoritas Pariwisata Thailand.[1][2][3]

Tujuan diadakannya kontes adalah menumbuhkan kesadaran hak transgender di kalangan masyarakat internasional, penggalangan dana yang akan disumbangkan ke yayasan AIDS Kerajaan Thai, membangun persahabatan, sikap sportif dan bertukar ide antar komunitas LGBT internasional.

Pemenang akan dihadiahi uang tunai US$12.500, 1 unit apartemen di Woodland Hotel and Resort di Kota Pattaya untuk 1 tahun, dan hadiah-hadiah lainnya dari sponsor.
