Mi sagu

Mi sagu adalah salah satu jenis mi yang terbuat dari sagu yang berasal dari Bengkalis dan Kepulauan Meranti, Riau.[1][2] Mi sagu adalah makanan asli Indonesia karena pohon sagu ini hanya terdapat di Indonesia, seperti daerah Maluku, Papua, Riau, dan Kepulauan Riau. Mi sagu memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dari mi yang terbuat dari tepung terigu. Mi sagu berukuran lebih besar dan lebih transparan, dengan tekstur lebih kenyal daripada mi yang terbuat dari tepung terigu.[3]
