Metrobus (bahasa Turki: Metrobüs) adalah sistem bus raya terpadu yang berada di Istanbul, Turki dengan 45 stasiun yang disusul dengan jalan melingkar dari kota tersebut melalui Avcılar, Zincirlikuyu dan Jembatan Bosphorus sampai Söğütlüçeşme menggunakan jalur khusus bus pada sebagian besar rute tersebut.[3]

Jalur bus tersebut, yang bagian pertama dibuka pada 2007 setelah dua tahun pembangunan, digunakan oleh sejumlah jalur Metrobus yang beroperasi di dalam sistem ‘tertutup’ ini yang melayani 800,000 orang setiap harinya. Otoritas Turki juga membantu pengembangan sebuah sistem yang sama di Lahore, Pakistan, yang dibuka pada 2013. Nama Metrobüs dipakai oleh badan angkutan tersebut untuk menyatakan bahwa sistem tersebut merupakan percampuran antara kereta metro (bahasa Turki: metro) dan sebuah bus (bahasa Turki: otobüs).
