Mauricio Antón Ortuzar (lahir 1961 di Bilbao, Spanyol) adalah seorang seniman paleoart, paleontolog vertebrata, dan ilustrator.[1] Sebagai seorang paleontolog yang berkhusus di mamalia carnivora, ia telah banyak menulis mengenai kucing gigi-pedang, juga kelompok-kelompok lainnya seperti hyena dan amphicyonid.
