Mario Gabriele Andretti (lahir 28 Februari 1940, disahkan menjadi warga negara Amerika Serikat pada tahun 1964) merupakan seorang mantan pembalap mobil asal Amerika Serikat keturunan Italia. Di AS ia merupakan salah satu legenda sekaligus veteran dunia balap.[1] Ia merupakan salah satu dari dua pembalap di dunia ini yang mampu memenangi Formula 1, IndyCar, World Sportscar Championship, dan NASCAR (yang lainnya adalah Dan Gurney). Ia juga berhasil memenangi ajang midget cars, sprint cars, dan balap drag.[2]

Di ajang F1 ia merupakan juara dunia Formula 1 tahun 1978. Sementara di ajang IndyCar ia menjadi juara tahun 1965, 1966, 1969, dan 1984. Andretti merupakan orang AS terakhir yang bisa menjadi juara dunia Formula 1 sampai saat ini.. Putra Mario, yaitu Michael Andretti, juga sempat turun di ajang F1 pada era 1990-an. Saat ini cucu Mario, yaitu Marco Andretti tengah meretas karier di Seri IndyCar untuk meneruskan perjuangan keluarga Andretti di Indycar.
