Maria Anna Josepha dari Austria (30 Desember 1654 – 14 April 1689), adalah adipatni Jülich-Berg dan putri Elektoral Pfalz. Lahir di Regensburg, dia adalah putri bungsu dari Ferdinand III, Kaisar Romawi Suci dan istri ketiganya Eleonora Magdalena Gonzaga.

Kehidupan

Pada tanggal 25 Oktober 1678 di Wiener Neustadt, Maria Anna menikah dengan Johann Wilhelm, Pangeran Elektoral Pfalz dan saudara dari Permaisuri Eleonor Magdalene, istri ketiga Kaisar Leopold I (saudara tiri Maria Anna). Upacara pernikahan dipimpin oleh Uskup Agung Leopold Karl von Kollonitsch, yang untuk mengenang perisitiwa ini dan pernikahan sebelumnya dari saudara perempuan Maria Anna, Eleonora, berada di alun-alun utama Wiener Neustadt membangun tiang Marian.[1] Setelah pernikahan, Pangeran dan Putri Elektoral menetap di Düsseldorf, di mana mereka memimpin rumah tangga kerajaan yang rumit.[2]

Sebagai hadiah untuk pengantin baru, Philipp Wilhelm (ayahanda Johann Wilhelm), menyerahkan kepada mereka Kadipaten Jülich dan Berg pada tahun 1679.[3]

Selama pernikahannya, Putri Elektoral melahirkan dua anak, tetapi tidak ada yang selamat dari masa kanak-kanak:[4][5]

Maria Anna meninggal karena tuberkulosis saat berkunjung ke istana kekaisaran di Wina. Dia dimakamkan di Kaisergruft.
