PT Mugi Rekso Abadi atau lebih dikenal dengan nama MRA Group adalah perusahaan konglomerat dengan unit di majalah, ritel, hotel, penyiaran, makanan dan minuman, gaya hidup, hiburan dan perusahaan otomotif yang didirikan pada tahun 1993. Perusahaan ini berpusat di Jakarta dan merupakan salah satu grup media terbesar di Indonesia. MRA akan mengubah status menjadi perusahaan publik pada tahun 2018 dengan melepas 30% saham ke publik.[1]

Sejarah

Pada tahun 1993, Soetikno Soedarjo mendirikan perusahaan. Dia membentuk PT Mugi Rekso Abadi sebagai perusahaan induk untuk perusahaan media dan gaya hidup. Dia mulai dengan dua rekannya, Adiguna Sutowo dan Dian M. Soedarjo. Soetikno adalah CEO saat ini.

Dengan investasi dari 8 miliar rupiah, Sutowo dan Soetikno membentuk perusahaan dan gaya hidup dan hiburan perusahaan pertama: Hard Rock Cafe. Ide ini datang dari percakapan biasa antara Sutowo, Soetikno dan Meuthia Kasim. Soetikno kemudian diinvestasikan dalam sebuah divisi media penyiaran, menciptakan Hard Rock FM, Zoom Bar & Lounge, i-Radio, Trax, Brava Radio, Cosmopolitan FM, dan IP Entertainment.
