Loujain al-Hathloul (bahasa Arab: لجين الهذلول Lujjayn al-Hadhlūl; lahir 31 Juli 1989) adalah seorang aktivis hak wanita, figur media sosial dan mantan tahanan politik Arab Saudi. Ia adalah lulusan University of British Columbia.[1] Al-Hathloul ditangkap dan dibebaskan beberapa kali karena mengecam larangan wanita mengemudi di Arab Saudi dan ditangkap pada Mei 2018, dengan beberapa aktivis hak wanita menonjol, atas dakwaan "berniat untuk mendestabilisasikan kerajaan" setelah diculik di Uni Emirat Arab (UAE). Hingga Oktober 2018, suaminya, pelawak tunggal Arab Saudi Fahad al-Butairi, juga dipulangkan paksa dari Yordania ke Kerajaan dan berada di bawah panangkapan.[2][3][4]
