Lincoln Burrows, diperankan oleh Dominic Purcell, adalah tokoh protagonis dalam serial televisi Prison Break. Serial ini berkisah tentang Lincoln Burrows yang dijebak atas pembunuhan kakak wakil presiden dan bagaimana usaha adik Lincoln untuk membebaskan dirinya dari hukuman mati. Adik Lincoln, Michael Scofield diperankan oleh Wentworth Miller. Dalam beberapa episode kilas-balik, Lincoln muda diperankan oleh Max Kirsch.

Sebagai salah satu tokoh utama, Lincoln mempunyai peranan penting dalam serial ini dan muncul di setiap episode. Hubungan Lincoln dan Michael digambarkan secara bertahap di setiap episodenya, menjelaskan bagaimana mereka rela berkorban satu sama lain yang pada akhirnya menjadi bagian terpenting dari serial ini. Dalam sebuah wawancara, penggagas serial ini Paul Scheuring mengungkapkan betapa sulitnya mencari pemeran yang pas untuk peran Lincoln and Michael.[1] Dominic Purcell was cast for the role just three days before the start of production of the series pilot.[2]
