Kualifikasi futsal pada Pekan Olahraga Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan XVII adalah proses kualifikasi yang diselenggarakan secara kolektif oleh AFP Sulsel dan KONI Sulsel untuk menentukan tim yang berpartisipasi dalam Porprov Sulsel XVII/2022 Cabor Futsal. Kegiatan kualifikasi ini merupakan salah satu kewajiban yang harus dilalui pada semua cabang olahraga inti sebelum menuju Porprov Sulsel ke-17 Tahun 2022 di Kabupaten Sinjai dan Bulukumba.

Kualifikasi dilaksanakan untuk menentukan tim yang berhak tampil pada Porprov Sulsel XVII/2022 dalam cabang futsal. Kualifikasi ini masuk dalam agenda PraPorprov dan sebanyak 22 tim futsal dari perwakilan kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan memperebutkan 6 tiket lolos Porprov. Kualifikasi ini diselenggarakan mulai pada 15 hingga 23 Agustus 2021. Terdapat 8 tim yang lolos ke putaran Porprov, termasuk Sinjai dan Bulukumba yang lolos otomatis sebagai tuan rumah penyelenggara.

Format

Bulukumba dan Sinjai sebagai tuan rumah bersama pada penyelenggaraan Porprov Sulsel XVII/2022 mendapatkan privilese sehingga menjadi tim yang lolos tanpa melewati kualifikasi. Sebanyak 6 tiket atau kuota diperebutkan oleh 22 tim melalui babak kualifikasi PraPorprov Sulsel cabang olahraga Futsal. Dari 22 tim dibagi 5 grup yang diberi nama Grup A, Grup B, Grup C, Grup D, dan Grup E. Grup A diisi oleh 6 tim dengan kuota lolos 2 tim peringkat teratas, sedangkan Grup B hingga Grup E diisi oleh masing-masing 4 tim dengan kuota lolos masing-masing juara atau peringkat teratas di grupnya.
