Tuguegarao City (Lungsod ng Tuguegarao) merupakan nama kota di Filipina yang terletak di Provinsi Cagayan. Kota ini merupakan ibu kota Provinsi Cagayan & ibu kota regional Region 2. Bermuara di Sungai Cagayan, terletak di bagian selatan perbatasan provinsi.

Pada tahun 2007, kota ini memiliki jumlah penduduk sebanyak 129.539 jiwa. Kota ini memiliki luas wilayah 113,95 km² dengan memiliki angka kepadatan penduduk sebesar 1.137 jiwa/km².
