Undang-Undang Dasar Irlandia (bahasa Irlandia: Bunreacht na hÉireann, pelafalan [ˈbˠɔnrʲaxt̪ˠ n̪ˠə ˈheːrʲən̪ˠ]) adalah hukum dasar Republik Irlandia. Dokumen ini menegaskan kedaulatan nasional bangsa Irlandia. Undang-Undang Dasar ini mengikuti tradisi demokrasi liberal yang didasarkan pada sistem demokrasi representatif. Undang-Undang Dasar Irlandia menjamin beberapa hak dasar dan mengatur sistem presiden non-eksekutif dan parlemen bikameral yang dipilih oleh rakyat berdasarkan sistem Westminster. Undang-Undang Dasar ini juga menjamin pemisahan kekuasaan dan peninjauan hukum.

Undang-Undang Dasar ini adalah Undang-Undang Dasar kedua yang diberlakukan di Irlandia semenjak kemerdekaannya dan menggantikan Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Bebas Irlandia 1922.[1] Undang-Undang Dasar ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal 29 Desember 1937 setelah diadakannya plebisit pada tanggal 1 Juli 1937. Isi Undang-Undang Dasar hanya dapat diamendemen apabila mendapat persetujuan dari rakyat lewat referendum nasional.

Pasal-pasal transisional (Pasal 51-63) sudah tidak dimasukkan ke dalam teks resmi sejak tahun 1941.
