Tanah-tanah di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia menjadi bernilai sangat tinggi, sementara sebaliknya di beberapa wilayah yang lain tidak bernilai apa-apa. Bahkan terlantar tanpa memberikan manfaat apa-apa.
