Komando Distrik Militer 1306/Kota Palu atau Kodim 1306/Kota Palu (bahasa Inggris: 1306th Military District), merupakan salah satu Komando Distrik Militer yang berada di bawah komando Korem 132/Tadulako, Kodam XIII/Merdeka. Wilayah teritorial Kodim 1306 meliputi Kota Palu, Kabupaten Donggala, Kabupaten Parigi Moutong dan Kabupaten Sigi.

Markas Kodim 1306, terletak di ibu kota provinsi —tepatnya di kelurahan Birobuli Utara Palu Selatan, Kota Palu— di jalan Balai Kota Selatan. Komandan Kodim saat ini dijabat oleh Kolonel Inf. Arif Suseno .[1] Kodim 1306 saat ini memiliki 17 Komando Rayon Militer.

Kodim 1306 pernah diusulkan untuk dipecah menjadi dua karena wilayah geografis yang terlalu luas, dan juga meliputi tiga kabupaten dan satu kota. Kodim 1306 juga sedang mengusulkan pembentukan lima Koramil baru, yakni di Sojol Utara, Kasimbar, Kulawi, Palolo dan Lalundu.[2]
