Komando Distrik Militer 0320/Dumai atau Kodim 0320/Dumai adalah satuan teritorial yang berada di bawah komando dan kendali Korem 031/WB, Kodam I/BB. Kodim 0320/Dumai merupakan pemekaran dari wilayah teritori Kodim 0303/Bengkalis, di mana sebelumnya Kodim 0303/Bengkalis mencakup lima wilayah, antara lain: Dumai, Siak, Kepulauan Meranti, Rokan Hilir, dan Bengkalis. Dengan berdirinya Kodim 0320/Dumai, maka wilayah Dumai sudah tidak masuk ke dalam teritori Kodim 0303/Bengkalis.[1]
