Dr. Drs. K.H. Kholilurrahman Wafi, S.H., M.Si. (lahir 14 Juni 1960) terlahir putra pertama dari Pasangan K.H. Hasan Abdul Wafi (Sumberanyar, Tlanakan) dan Ny. Hj. Aisyah Zaini (Galis, Pamekasan) Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo. Beliau seorang Pengasuh Pondok Pesantren Matsaratul Huda Panempan, Pamekasan. Mantan Bupati Kabupaten Pamekasan Periode 2008 - 2013 dan Politisi Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa yang pernah menjabat sebagai Anggota DPRD Provinsi Jawa Timur Periode (1999 - 2004) (2004 - 2008) dan DPR RI untuk Periode 2014-2018 di Komisi VI.
