Keuskupan Crema (bahasa Latin: Dioecesis Cremensis) adalah sebuah wilayah gerejawi Katolik Roma di utara Italia, yang berdiri sejak tahun 1579. Keuskupan tersebut adalah sebuah suffragan dari Keuskupan Agung Milan.[1][2] Tahtanya adalah Katedral Crema.
