Ken Setiawan (lahir 10 Oktober 1979) adalah Pendiri Negara Islam Indonesia (NII) Crisis Center pada tahun 2004.[1] Organisasi ini mendapatkan legalitas pada tahun 2013. NII Crisis Center berhasil mengeluarkan ribuan anggotanya untuk kembali bersumpah setia pada Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI). Sumatera Barat adalah propinsi yang paling banyak terpapar bai’at NII, dan mereka telah bersumpah setia kembali kepada NKRI.[2]

NII Crisis Center

NII Crisis Center bekerja sama dengan aparat keamanan untuk mencegah dan mengedukasi masyarakat agar tidak terjebak pemahaman ideologi sesat dari NII. Terbentuknya NII Crisis Centre berawal dari kekecewaan Ken Setiawan, dan para mantan anggota NII, serta keluarga korban terhadap MUI (Majelis Ulama Indonesia), Kemenag (Kementrian Agama Republik Indonesia) dan Polri (Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia) sebab Pemerintah membiarkan gerakan radikal di Indonesia berkembang.

Bentuk paparan paham radikal dari NII misalnya pergi dari rumah, mengkafirkan orang tua, depresi, bahkan gila karena diancam dan diteror oleh kelompok NII. Korban radikalisme NII banyak yang merupakan sarjana dan pascasarjana dari perguruan tinggi negeri dan swasta di Indonesia.[1]

Berawal dari kekecewaan dan lemahnya penindakan tentang hukum kepada kelompok NII tersebut, Ken Setiawan menginisiasi pembentukan NII Crisis Center pada tahun 2004 dan membuat saluran pengaduan di website niicrisiscenter.com dan menindaklanjuti laporan satu per satu korban secara swadana.[2][3]
